I can’t believe the day has arrived, Monday May 9, 2011 I will start my weight loss journey again. Finals are over, and I now how the time to workout and eat correctly.

Guess what…my mother is joining the journey as well, I’m so excited!

Let the transforming begin. The days of fast food, being lazy, and EXCUSES=OVER! NO MO!

Today is Mothers Day which means for my family laughing, good food, and more good food, plus my last happy meal from Mickey D’s. I’ve been eating like I’m crazy this semester, nothing but fattening foods and empty calories.

Many ask MissP how do you maintain you weight without working out. Even if I eat fast food, it’s about portion control. At Mickey D’s I shan’t get a tempting Big Mac, I will get a kids meal or a snack wrap. Cut back and be smart…cut that meal in half! It’s still bad for me, but I don’t feel as bad lol

Well I will definitely update you all daily about what I will eat, plus my exercise for the day. Starting p90x, so please pray for my muscles lol

My goal is to TONE, and possibly lose another 15 lbs. I hit my last summer goal of 50lbs, and it feels great, but it’s time for another challenge!

    I’m in! Joined the gym earlier this week. Looking forward to witnessing your progress! It surely will motivate me to stay on point. Can’t let JHud, Raven and Jordin have all the fun :)

    That’s great you plan on re-starting your weight loss journey. I plan to start today, Monday 5/16/11, I also took from this blog about if you eat out order small and practice portion control. My dad also told me the same thing. Good luck with P90X as well, don’t over exert yourself and injure yourself, be careful and workout at your own pace. :-)

    Miss P, you have motivated me to eat right and work out. I have always felt I should do those things, but I was too lazy. The semester is over for me and I no longer have excuses, like I was doing homework or studying. I have to lose at least 20 lbs by October and the clock is ticking. Thanks for the motivation!!!!
